Returning staff sessions can remain valid for routine scans, but the application can require reauthentication. On shared devices, verify the acting person and sign out when changing users. If a device is lost or an account is misused, notify your business administrator promptly and follow its account-revocation procedure.
Customers do not enter their identity on the feedback form, but technical information may be processed for security. Keep personal information out of public room names and restrict downloaded reports to people who need them. Refer to the published privacy notice and your agreement for data-handling and retention information. Contact Rest Easy with privacy questions.
Audit records help explain what was recorded, by whom and when. They do not prove a customer's report is true or that a physical inspection occurred exactly as described. If you need a data-access, correction, deletion or retention decision, contact Rest Easy through the published support/privacy route. Do not delete operational history simply to improve a dashboard figure.
